As Head of Marketing and Creative, you will bring the zing to Zing, creating magical experiences for our customers and crafting a company story that is clear, compelling, and unique. You will work with Zing’s founding team to define our brand, grow our customer base, and write the playbook for expansions to new markets and new use cases. More importantly, you will be joining a high-growth, venture-backed startup — led by co-founders who have founded and led multiple successful businesses — and will have the opportunity to play a critical role in writing the Zing story and driving the growth of a new mode of commerce.

No, really, bring the magic! Beyond imagining all the wonderful things we could do for our customers, you will create an effective delivery strategy to ensure the best ideas are brought to life.

Scale Zing’s Marketing and Creative Team with world-class talent.

Constantly push your team and the broader Zing team to be creative and ambitious in improving our existing services and imagining new uses cases for Zing’s technology.

Define the unique vision of our brand and ensure that the brand is embodied across all customer touchpoints.

Leverage physical and digital marketing strategies to grow the customer base and to drive repeat use.

Determine, track, and analyze KPIs to understand what works, what doesn’t, and what can be improved.

Work closely with the founders and the executive team to set the growth and expansion strategy for all Zing services and to ensure success through the next rounds of fundraising.


10+ years developing strategic marketing programs at a consumer-facing tech company or similarly growth-oriented environment.

Experience in a creative role like Creative Director, Art Director, or Designer.

Proven track record scaling and retaining high-performing Marketing, Growth, and/or Creative teams — you have successfully built, mentored, motivated, and retained world-class teams.

Strong skills in brand building, storytelling, campaign development, and multi-channel marketing.

Clear and direct communicator with the ability to find the right tone with any audience.

Data driven decision-maker who can break down complex problems, take ownership, and drive results.

Obsessive about the customer experience and always looking for ways to improve it.
