We're looking for a lead data analyst to join our Israeli team. We are looking for an experienced, self-driven individual that is ready to lead our analysis efforts across business, operations and product. You will be responsible for defining the key questions and analysis as well as building and mentoring junior team members in creating data flows, reports and dashboards for our management, product and operations teams.
Responsibilities
Oversee and mentor a growing data analytics team.
Analyze Zing’s large data set tracking every part of the Zing ecosystem.
Contribute to strategic decision-making, impacting service operations and expansions, customer experience, and other business growth initiatives.
Work with the Product Team to assess the digital product, digest user feedback, and contribute to the development roadmap.
Determine, track, and analyze KPIs to understand what works, what doesn’t, and what can be improved.
Monitor flows of information to best utilize for analytics.
Innovate new ways to convey data driven analytics as part of a growing early stage start.
Qualifications
BA in Industrial Engineering / Economics / Statistics/ Computer Science or equivalent academic knowledge.
2-3 years of prior experience in a Data Analytics role.
Knowledge and experience with Tableau, SQL and Python.
Independent with self-driven ambition.
Outstanding analytical & technical skills.
Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
English at a high level - a must.
